It may take several meetings to finalise all of the details, so you don’t need to feel pressured into making all the decisions at the first meeting. After all, we want you to be comfortable with every aspect of the arrangements. If you need time to think about questions we ask you or you wish to discuss matters with other family members or friends, that’s fine too.
Before you can decide what kind of funeral ceremony you want to arrange, you need to make a choice between cremation and burial. Your loved one may have made their wishes known, but if not this can be a difficult decision to make but rest assured we will be on hand to help, advise and support you. We can arrange everything, if you so wish, from the flowers and the music right through to the funeral catering to make this process as easy on the family as possible.
When you lose someone close, it’s often the little things that can bring you comfort. So if you think it’s important that your loved one wears that favourite shirt or dress, or that an old familiar teddy bear keeps them company, or they would have preferred to have been seen at the end wearing lipstick – just tell us and we’ll make sure your wishes are carried out if at all possible.
